Iberia has launched the newest version of its cadet program in partnership with the esteemed aviation faculty, FTEJerez (Flight Coaching Europe).
“We are very pleased to be launching the fourth edition of this successful programme, with which we not only promote the piloting profession among young people, but also help them finance their training in very advantageous conditions so that they can develop their vocation,” mentioned Rafael Jiménez-Hoyos, Manufacturing Director of Iberia.
Upon completion of their coaching, Iberia ensures that the cadets have smoother entry into the job market, helping them with the compensation of the monetary assist obtained.
Up to now, 48 college students have enrolled within the Iberia Cadets program. Nineteen pilots from the inaugural batch now work for Iberia, and one other 13 from the second batch will be a part of them this coming June. At the moment, 16 cadets are coaching at FTEJerez, with eight extra anticipated to begin in late 2024.
