Privately-owned housing begins in November had been at a seasonally adjusted annual price of 1,289,000. That is 1.8 % under the revised October estimate of 1,312,000 and is 14.6 % under the November 2023 price of 1,510,000. Single-family housing begins in November had been at a price of 1,011,000; that is 6.4 % above
the revised October determine of 950,000. The November price for items in buildings with 5 items or extra was 264,000.Constructing Permits:
Privately-owned housing items licensed by constructing permits in November had been at a seasonally adjusted annual price
of 1,505,000. That is 6.1 % above the revised October price of 1,419,000, however is 0.2 % under the November 2023 price
of 1,508,000. Single-family authorizations in November had been at a price of 972,000; that is 0.1 % above the revised October
